EPICon 2011 REGISTRATION

EPIC is happy to announce that we have managed to keep the cost down for our conference and to lower the cost on rooms for the first time in recent memory.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE February 7th, 2011 at Midnight EST

  • Thursday Night Mixer
  • Friday: Break, Keynote Luncheon, Dinner- NOTE: there is a free continental breakfast for all con attendees staying at the convention hotel
  • Saturday: Break, New Voices Luncheon, and Awards Banquet - NOTE: there is a free continental breakfast for all con attendees staying at the convention hotel

New Voice Writers Special

(For ONLY middle and high school students, accompanying parents, and middle or high school teachers- price may change if donations for underwriting comes in…overpayments will be refunded to early registrants- New Voices registrants will have to fill out an additional form for the contest coordinators and will be contacted for lunch choice)

(For ONLY local college students or college teachers) Ask the convention chair about our class passes, available to students and teachers ONLY in limited amounts.—no meals are included in a class pass.

Save on your EPICon registration
Choose to receive a paper mini schedule and the convention binder on CD (including all available workshop handouts) and save $5.00 on your registration fee. Think about it! No carrying the binder materials and handouts home in your luggage or sending them ahead. It's all about the e, baby!

Educational Session Presenters receive a $30.00 discount off registration fee plus a small ad free, or half-price on a larger ad.

Membership Perks
As always, EPIC members will get a cut rate on the conference fee. Members pay $30 less for the conference. Since membership fees for EPIC are $30 per year, if you are eligible to join, why not join EPIC and get the reduced rate on the convention fee in the bargain?

Deadlines and refund policy:
Registration will be open through February 7, 2011. Full refunds will be provided until December 31, 2010. Until January 31, 2010, 50% will be refunded for cancellations. After these dates, any extenuating circumstances should be brought to the Conference Chairperson, Lisa Brennan-Webb, at epiconchair2011@yahoo.com for consideration.

To register, fill out and submit the following form. Send payment to the Treasurer to complete your registration. Use upper and lowercase. Do NOT use all uppercase (capitals) or your registration form will be rejected.

Note: Fill out this form for each person attending the full conference
I.e., If you and a guest are attending the full conference, fill out this form twice. If your guest is only attending the banquet, fill out this form for you and indicate the extra banquet ticket.
