CONFERENCE BINDER ADVERTISING: 

Advertise in the conference notebook. Our notebook will contain information that will assure your ad will be seen even after the conference is over.

Publishers: Use an ad to congratulate your EPPIE finalists or to announce your latest slate of new releases. Include a coupon for a free or discounted download to generate traffic to your site.

Authors: Promote your book. Spotlight a contest you're running, recent reviews and awards. We have volunteers willing to assist you in creating your ad, free of charge!

Technology Vendors:  Showcase your newest product.

Businesses: Make EPICon attendees aware of your products and services. Coupons are always popular. Don't forget to include mini-maps or directions from the Hotel if you're local. Some attendees are planning vacations around the conference, so there will be plenty of time for attendees to take advantage of your product or service.

RATES: (deadline for ad copy—February 1, 2008)

Ads may be in color or black and white. Placement of ads will be at the discretion of the EPICon Advertising Coordinator, but we will usually accommodate placement as first-come, first served. EPIC reserves the right to modify any advertisement to fit within the size specifications.

If you want an ad in the EPICon binder, send the ad to the e-mail below and the money to Barb Woodward at the EPIC Treasurer address listed below. Remember, if you are a panelist/class teacher at the convention, you get half off a full-page ad or a free smaller ad in the binder. Barb has the full list of those eligible for the discount, but remember to mention that you are eligible when you pay for your ad/submit your ad.

We prefer high resolution JPG, but high quality (300 dpi or better) TIFF and GIF are fine.
