Suites come with a kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker in the room). They have a king bed in one bedroom and a fold-out queen couch in the main sitting room.

Regular rooms have two double beds, a chair that folds out into a single (in case you have several small children with you), and a desk.

By Car
Colonial Williamsburg is at exit 238 on I-64, about halfway between Richmond and Norfolk. Once you leave the exit, follow the red, white, and blue signs to the historic district. From the hotel site… Follow Route 143 to the second traffic light and bear right onto Route 132. Continue on Route 132 following signs to the Visitor Center. At second left, turn onto concrete aggregate road, Route 132Y. Turn at the first left; the Woodlands Hotel & Suites is at the top of the hill.

By Air
There are three airports within 25-45 minutes of Colonial Williamsburg: Newport News-Williamsburg (the best to fly into, if you can…(PHF), Norfolk (ORF), and Richmond International (RIC). There are rental car services at each.

Taxi from Newport News Airport- $35-45, depending on cab company…it's hard to get firm numbers, because they all use the meters. We suggest using the following company: Tidewater Coach. Be sure to tell them you are with EPICon when you make your reservations with them.
